Vancouver, B.C., October 13, 2023. MineHub Technologies Inc. (TSXV: MHUB, OTCQB: MHUBF) (“MineHub” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce it has closed a non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) for total gross proceeds of C$1,500,120. The Company issued 4,687,875 units at a price of $0.32 per unit. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one-half of one transferable share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable into a common share for 2 years at a price of $0.50 per common share. The net proceeds of the Private Placement are for general working capital purposes.
In connection with the closing, the Company agreed to pay cash finder’s fees of $26,340 and issue 48,112 finder warrants, each finder warrant exercisable to purchase one common share for 12 months at a price of $0.50 per common share.
All securities issued under the private placement are subject to a hold period of four months and one day from closing. The Private Placement is subject to final TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) approval.
