Mr. Sorace is a mining and technology entrepreneur with over 30 years of international business and capital markets experience. Mr. Sorace has financed and led several resource, technology and alternative energy companies with assets and operations in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia, and has raised over $300M in equity and debt financings for public and private entities. He has been the founder, served as a Director and held CEO positions for numerous companies with extensive experience in capital markets, operations & management and public company governance.  Mr. Sorace is currently the President & CEO of Kutcho Copper Corp and Founder and Chairman of MineHub Technologies Inc.  

Monika Russell

CFO

Ms. Russell is a seasoned executive business leader with a distinguished career spanning over 20 years across various industries, including ecommerce, technology, manufacturing, and forestry. She has demonstrated her expertise in both public and private companies, navigating through all stages from commercialization to mergers and acquisitions, including working with private equity ownership. She was previously the CFO of Sustainable Produce Urban Delivery Inc. where she facilitated the company’s acquisition by private equity lenders. Prior to that, she was the CFO of Nanotech Security Corp., a publicly listed company that was acquired in 2021. Previously Ms. Russell also served as Director of Accounting & Control at Norbord Inc. Her multifaceted experience and demonstrated track record of success make her a highly capable and versatile leader in the realms of finance, accounting, and executive management. Ms. Russell is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.

Jean-Philippe Boul

HEAD OF INTERNAL AI & HEAD OF PRODUCT & OPERATIONS, RECYCLING

Mr. Boul is an entrepreneur and leader with over a decade of experience scaling digital platforms across emerging markets, e-commerce, and industrial commodities. He co-founded Jules in 2022 as COO, building the product, data, and customer success functions of a B2B SaaS platform automating contract-to-cash operations for recyclable commodity traders. In 2025, MineHub Technologies acquired Jules and Mr. Boul now serves as Head of Product & Operations for Recycled Materials and Head of Internal AI. Prior to Jules, he co-founded Harold Waste, a venture-backed recycling technology company, and held leadership roles as Country Manager for Jumia (NYSE: JMIA) across multiple African markets, before overseeing strategic projects at Frichti. His background spanning emerging market operations, consumer tech, and industrial SaaS positions him as a hands-on builder with expertise in taking complex operational workflows from zero to scale.

Ms. Aranguren is a seasoned executive leader with over 20 years of experience across commodities operations, including oil & gas, metals, and environmental sectors. She has built a career navigating complex supply chains and logistics operations for both global financial institutions and high-growth startups, driving operational excellence at every stage of company development.

Prior to joining MineHub, Ms. Aranguren served as Chief Customer Officer and Co-founder of Waybridge, where she played a pivotal role in building the company’s customer operations and scaling its platform for the commodities industry. Before that, she held the position of Vice President of Logistics at Goldman Sachs, where she applied her deep expertise in commodities to optimize global logistics and supply chain management at one of the world’s leading financial institutions. Her multifaceted background — spanning Wall Street finance, technology startups, and commodities operations — positions her as a uniquely versatile leader in the commodities technology space, with a proven track record of helping organizations streamline logistics and unlock supply chain value.

Arnaud Boucheron

HEAD OF COMMERCIAL, RECYCLING

Mr. Boucheron is an entrepreneur and technology leader specializing in AI-powered solutions for recycled and industrial commodity trading. He co-founded Jules in 2022, building it into a B2B SaaS platform that automates contract-to-cash operations for commodity traders — spanning trade execution, logistics, documentation, and reporting — with deployments across North America, Asia and Europe. In 2025, MineHub acquired Jules and Mr. Boucheron now serves as Global Director, Recycled Materials & Trading, and Head of Commercial Strategy for Europe. Prior to Jules, he co-founded two ventures in the recycling sector and served as Interim Chief of Staff at Thynk.Cloud (Hospitality tech). Earlier in his career, he was a member of the investment team at DN Capital in London. Mr. Boucheron holds masters from HEC Paris and Sciences Po Paris. 

Echo Tao
MARKET STRATEGY, CHINA

Echo has been focused on commodity trading and marketing for the majority of her career life. She started her journey in steel trading with Nichimen Corporation, by then one of the largest global integrated business enterprises. She joined BHP in the year of 2002 as an iron ore marketer. In the 14 years with the organization, she gained experience in marketing various ferro commodities, such as iron ore, metallurgical coal, energy coal, manganese, and uranium, both in Shanghai and Singapore. She then led the China procurement team in BHP, and was one of the BHP’s Inclusion & Diversity Forum members. After BHP, she spent three years with listed state-owned enterprise XINDECO to build up their ferro commodity trading capability.

Before his tenure at Nanotech, Mr. Bullock was the CEO of Stormtech Performance Apparel where he played a pivotal role developing a new go-to market strategy and restructuring the business. Mr. Bullock’s previous experience includes serving as the CFO and Director at TSX listed companies Ascalade Communications and Norsat International. Mr. Bullock has a proven track record of developing and executing a focussed go-to market strategy.
