Joseph Nakhla is the Founder and CEO of bazinga! Technologies Inc. one of the world’s largest condo management solutions provider. Mr. Nakhla is also the founder of Eli Technologies, an AI solution for Real Estate transactions and Tribe Management, one of BC’s largest Property Solutions provider. Prior to bazinga!, Joseph was the Chief Operations Officer of one of Canada’s largest cloud–based payment processors, TIO Networks, which was acquired by Paypal in 2017. Joseph studied Civil and Structural Engineering and Executive Business Management at BCIT.

Echo has been focused on commodity trading and marketing for the majority of her career life. She started her journey in steel trading with Nichimen Corporation, by then one of the largest global integrated business enterprises.  She joined BHP in the year of 2002 as an iron ore marketer. In the 14 years with the organization, she gained experience in marketing various ferro commodities, such as iron ore, metallurgical coal, energy coal, manganese, and uranium, both in Shanghai and Singapore. She then led the China procurement team in BHP, and was one of the BHP’s Inclusion & Diversity Forum members. After BHP, she spent three years with listed state-owned enterprise XINDECO to build up their ferro commodity trading capability.

Mr. Cooper is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in all aspects of corporate and financial management. For the past 35 years, Mr. Cooper has been providing strategic and financial advice and corporate administration services, and has held senior positions with a number of public and private companies with local and international operations. He was formerly CEO and a director of a ship-construction project with a budget in excess of $400 million, and Director of Finance & Administration at a shipyard that had employed over 1,000 workers. He has a Hons. Bachelor of Accounting and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia.

Mariana is a product leader with over 15 years’ experience in product and UX in a broad context of industries such as gaming, financial services, retail and more recently in loyalty & digital travel currency. Before joining Minehub, Mariana was responsible for the strategy, build, launch and commercial delivery of multiple B2B and B2C cloud-based products. With a background in innovation and UX research & design, Mariana is passionate about delivering value to the customer and enjoys solving complex and meaningful product problems. Originally from Portugal, she moved to the UK in 1999. Mariana holds a PhD in Cognitive Psychology and speaks 4 languages fluently but believes in life-long learning and continuous personal growth.
